Book recommendations

  • I have recently finished reading Deep Work by Cal Newport and would highly recommend it for anyone trying to work more effectively and minimise distractions.
  • Transitions by William Bridges is well worth a read to understand how we can more successfully navigate Endings, The Neutral Zone and New Beginnings.
  • For those of you who like Gretchen Rubin’s work, I would recommend The Four Tendencies to discover whether you are an Upholder, Obliger, Questioner or Rebel…!

Coaching with Melissa was a positively enlightening experience! Over a six month period we worked toward my objectives with good breaks between sessions where I would trial scenarios discussed and feedback at the following session. I did find the introspective element of coaching very challenging but with Melissa’s calm, informed and positive support we worked together and established where I could make improvements. Now I can see the benefits of our coaching on a daily basis.
